Step 1 :   Fill out the attached form
 
Step 2 :    Email it to jmorey@lee.ga.us
 
Step 3:  Select appropriate sport registration fee for below list.
                                   
Football Cheerleading - $98
Men's Softball - $525
Youth Basketball - $68
Youth Football - $98
Youth Softball - $83
 
** If you are registering more than one child, take $10.00 off the regular fee for every additional child.
Example: Signing 2 children up for youth football.
Initial child fee:    $98.00
2nd child fee:  +  $88.00
Total:                 $186.00
 
Please add your child's name(s) in the comment section of the
link above after you enter you credit card information.
